Formerly Atnahs, Pharmanovia had grown from a family business founded in 2013 into a global specialty pharmaceutical company marketing 20+ brands across more than 140 markets. Following the development of a new identity by WhyBrand, the challenge was to implement it across the head office in just 12 weeks.

The new identity touched every part of the workplace, from external signage and digital screens to meeting rooms and internal spaces. With IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Facilities and Legal all involved, the rollout required close coordination across the business.

GLIMMA began with a full physical audit of branded assets, bringing representatives from each function into the process, then coordinated delivery through an online project management portal with real-time reporting.

GLIMMA delivered Pharmanovia’s new identity across head office signage, digital screens and workplace environments within 12 weeks.

The challenge

Replacing the old brand without disrupting the business

The rebrand affected a large number of physical and digital assets across the head office, from external signage and digital screens to meeting rooms and internal workplace environments. The first challenge was establishing exactly what existed, what needed to change and who needed to approve each item.

With multiple departments involved and a fixed implementation window, Pharmanovia needed a clear view of the entire asset landscape and a way to coordinate decisions, production and installation without losing track of progress.

The challenge was to replace the old identity consistently across the workplace while keeping the implementation moving to a fixed twelve-week deadline.

The approach

Audit first. Then track everything.

GLIMMA ran a full physical audit of branded assets across the organization, with representation from every affected department, so nothing was discovered late.

Delivery was then tracked in real time through an online project management portal, giving the business visibility throughout the 12-week program rather than a status update at the end of it.

Central project management is what keeps six departments on one deadline. The audit is what makes the deadline realistic in the first place.

The solution

A new name, live across
head office in 12 weeks.

Three wall-mounted digital screens in a corridor, each showing the Pharmanovia wordmark.

GLIMMA delivered a physical audit of branded assets across the organization with cross-functional representation, then implemented the new identity at Basildon: new head office signage including painted bollards, fascia branding and a lit totem; three digital screens with a remote content management system for employee and visitor communication; workplace branding using the company values and a world map to convey Pharmanovia’s global positioning; and meeting room and canteen rebranding. Every stage was tracked in real time through an online project management portal.

The impact

Twelve weeks, six functions,
one new identity.

Pharmanovia’s new identity was delivered across its head office within a 12-week program, with central project management keeping IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Facilities and Legal aligned throughout.

The audit-first approach gave the business a framework to identify and replace every branded asset, rather than discovering stragglers after launch.

Real-time portal tracking meant nobody had to ask where the program stood — the answer was available to every function, continuously.

Why us?

One deadline, every department

A fast-moving rebrand needs more than a rollout plan. It needs clear ownership, visibility across the asset base and a way for different teams to stay aligned throughout implementation.

GLIMMA continues to support Pharmanovia in maintaining its brand environment as the business grows.

Cross-functional coordination. GLIMMA brought IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Facilities and Legal into one coordinated implementation process.
