Supplying drinking water for nearly 68 million people and sanitation services to 44 million people around the world, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT needed a brand identity that would consistently reflect the company’s key brand values of environmental trustworthiness and commitment to the far corners of the globe.

The Solution

GLIMMA’s remit was to implement SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT's new brand image, including interior and exterior signage and vehicle graphics, across 75 sites in 15 countries. To ensure the client had immediate access to accurate information, GLIMMA established a detailed weekly reporting framework including –

  • Budget management
  • Real time, online status reporting
  • Proof of completion photography

Documentation to support the rollout across the globe was created to facilitate tendering for local services. Components were manufactured and installed locally in every market.

The programme was completed to time scales and came in ten per cent under SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT’s original cost expectations.

The SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT management team were able to focus on business as usual while GLIMMA managed the programme and kept the team informed with regular reporting.

Financial management was also simplified ensuring that all local production was locally invoiced, met local and central tax requirements and avoided complex VAT calculations.
